We act as your on-site representative — attending site meetings, resolving contractor queries, and enforcing the contract scope, specifications and HSE requirements throughout the build.

Independent tracking of construction milestones against the baseline programme, early identification of delays, and proactive management of recovery plans before they impact your commissioning date.

### Installation Quality Assurance

Structured inspections at every critical hold point — civil and structural works, mounting, DC and AC installation, earthing, protection settings and commissioning tests — to verify workmanship against specification.

### Payment Certification & Close-Out

Independent valuation of work completed before any payment certificate is authorised, defect snag lists, commissioning sign-off and full handover of the as-built documentation pack.
