Engineering Internship
SOLINK is looking for a young engineering intern with a passion for renewable energy to join our team in Black River Park, Observatory, Cape Town on a 6-month contract to start asap.

What you will be doing
- Solar PV site yield assessments
- Embedded generation licensing support
- Site tariff analysis
- Energy market research
- Review of solar energy companies
- Document editing and control
- Procurement / tender support
- Project administration

Required
- BSc Engineering Degree (or similar)
- Driver's licence
Beneficial
- AutoCAD LT exposure
- Electrical background or experience
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Understanding / exposure to Python and/or JavaScript
- Current Masters and PhD students looking for part-time work
Physical requirements
- Own transport
- Own laptop
- Reside in Cape Town or immediate surrounds
- Committed to a minimum of 3 days of work per week
